老年女性骨质疏松症患者骨代谢生化指标应用价值的研究

目的探讨老年女性骨质疏松症患者中骨代谢生化指标的应用价值。方法选取2010年3月～2012年6月来我院就诊的老年女性骨质疏松症患者212例,检测其空腹血清中BGP、TPINP、β-Cross、PTH、1,25-(OH)2维生素D3的含量,将<70岁组、≥70岁组及对照组患者的观察指标进行比较分析。结果与健康对照组比较,<70岁组及≥70岁组患者具有较高的BGP、TPINP、β-Cross及PTH,具有较低的1,25-(OH)2维生素D3;与≥70岁组比较,<70岁组具有较高的BGP、β-Cross检测值,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年女性骨质疏松症患者中检测骨代谢生化指标具有应用价值,对于疾病的诊断和治疗具有非常重要的意义。

Study on bone metabolic biochemical indicators of elderly female patients with osteoporosis

Objective To investigate the value of biochemical markers of bone metabolism in elderly women with osteo- porosis. Methods A total of 212 cases elderly women patients with osteoporosis were selected in our hospital from March 2010 to June 2012, BGP, TPINP β-Cross, PTH, 1,25-（OH） 2 vitamin D3 content were tested,We analyzed the difference of observation measures among 〈70 age group, 70-year-old group and control group. Results Compared with control group, BGP, TPINP, β-Cross and PTH were significant higher in 〈70 years group and 1〉 70 years group, 1,25-（OH）2 vitamin D3 were significant lower; Compared with ≥70 years group, BGP and β-Cross of 〈70 years group were higher, with significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Elderly female patients with osteoporosis detection of biochemical markers of bone metabolism has application value, has a very important significance for the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
