儿童脑室周围白质软化症的MRI诊断

目的探讨儿童脑室周围白质软化症(PVL)的MRI表现特征及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经临床及MRI证实的38例PVL的MRI表现。结果早产儿29例,有缺氧缺血性脑病的足月儿9例;MRI表现为脑室周围斑片状长T1长T2信号,脑室周围白质减少,侧脑室不同程度变形及/或扩大,部分患儿还伴有胼胝体发育不良。结论 PVL的MRI表现有一定的特征性,可清楚显示PVL的病变程度及范围。

MRI diagnosis of periventricular leukomalacia in children

Objective To evaluate MRI features of periventricular leukomalacia and the value of MRI in diagnosing periventricular leukomalacia. Methods MRI findings of 38 cases of periveutricular leukomLacia in children confirmed by MRT and clinic were analyzed retrospectively. Results 29 cases were premature newborn babies and 9 cases were fullma- ture newborn with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. MRI showed that the periventricular white matter lesions appeared as long T1 and T2 signal intensity; the periventricular white matter decreased;the lateral ventricle were out of sharp and（or）en- larged in different degrees; Part of children with PVL may be associated with corpus callosum dysplasia. Conclusion MRI findings of periventricular leukomalacia have distinctive characteristics, which Can show clearly the degree and scope of PVL.
