冠心病伴高血压与血清尿酸水平的关系

摘    要:目的探讨冠心病伴高血压和冠心病不伴高血压与血清尿酸水平的关系。方法收集2009年11月~2011年11月期间在心内科住院的冠心病患者188例作为研究对象,采用冠脉造影方法确诊冠心病,采用1979年世界卫生组织规定的标准确定冠心病的类型,采用美国JNC7指南标准确诊高血压,采用酶法测定血清尿酸水平,比较不同类型冠心病之间各危险因素的差异及冠心病伴高血压和冠心病不伴高血压与血清尿酸水平的关系。结果除甘油三酯外,不同类型冠心病之间各危险因素的差异无明显统计学差异;冠心病伴高血压组的血清尿酸水平略高于冠心病不伴高血压组,但两组间的差异无明显统计学意义。结论冠心病的类型不影响血清尿酸的水平,冠心病伴高血压组的血清尿酸无明确的高浓度表达。

The relationship between serum uric acid level with hypertension and coronary heart disease

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship of coronary heart disease associated with hypertension and coronary heart disease not with high blood pressure and serum uric acid level. Methods Collected from November 2009 to November 2011 period 188 cases of hospitalized with coronary heart disease as the object of study, used the method of coronary angiography to diagnose coronary heart disease, on the basis of the 1979 world health organization standards to determine the type of coronary heart disease, according to the American JNC7 guide standard to diagnose hypertension, used the method of determination of serum uric acid level, compared different types of coronary heart disease risk factors between the differences and the relationship of coronary heart disease with hypertension and coronary heart disease not with high blood pressure and serum uric acid level. Results In addition to triglyceride outside, different types of coronary heart disease risk factors between the difference had no significant difference, coronary heart disease with high blood pressure group of serum uric acid level was slightly higher than coronary heart disease not with hypertension group, but the difference between the two groups had no obvious statistical significance. Conclusion The type of coronary heart disease didn't affect the serum uric acid level, coronary heart disease with high blood pressure group of serum uric acid without clear concentrated expression.
