头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠静脉滴注联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗小儿急性菌感染性腹泻的临床研究

目的探讨研究头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠静脉滴注联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗小儿急性菌感染性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的113例患急性菌感染性腹泻的患者的临床资料,随机分成观察组(64例)和对照组(49例),观察组给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠静脉滴注联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗,对照组给予单纯头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠静脉滴注治疗。结果观察组的有效率为96.9%,显著高于对照组的85.7%(P<0.05);观察组在体温恢复正常、大便次数恢复正常以及大便化验恢复正常时间上显著短于对照组(P<0.05),而两组患者在大便性状恢复正常时间上不存在显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组腹痛出现的情况明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠静脉滴注联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗的疗效优于单纯的头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠静脉滴注治疗,值得临床推广并进一步深入研究。

The effect of combination of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium and clostridium butyricum powder in treatment of virus enteritis in infants

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium combined with clostridium bu- tyricum powder in the treatment of virus enteritis in infants. Methods A total of 113 patients with this disease were ran- domly divided into observed group （64 cases） and control group （49 cases）, patients in observed group received the treatment of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium combined with elostridium butyricum powder, while others received the treatment of Cef- operazone sulbactam sodium only, Results The efficient of observed group was 96.7%, which was significantly highly than 85,7% in control group （P 〈 0,05）, The time of temperature return to normal, defecate number return to normal and fecal tests return to normal in obaerved group was significantly shorter than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. There had no significant dif- ference in the time of the defecate property returning to normal between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The abdominal pain rate of observed group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There are better curative effects in infants with virus enteritis who are received the treatment of combination of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium and clostridium butyricum powder.
