青少年精神障碍患者父母心理状况及健康教育效果分析

目的探讨青少年精神障碍患者父母心理状况及健康教育干预效果。方法对比50例青少年精神障碍患者父母与非青少年精神障碍患者父母心理状态,对青少年精神障碍患者父母进行健康教育并评价效果。结果研究组父亲和母亲HAMA和HAMD评分显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。健康教育干预后研究组母亲的HAMA和HAMD评分显著高于父亲(P<0.05),干预后父亲和母亲的HAMA和HAMD评分均较干预前显著降低(P均<0.01)。干预后强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖及总分均较干预前显著下降(P<0.05)。结论针对性和个性化的健康教育有利于缓解青少年精神障碍患者父母焦虑和抑郁情绪,改善心理状态。

Effect of health education for the psychological status of parents of adoles- cent with mental disorders

Objective To investigate parents＂ psychological status and health education intervention for adolescent with mental disorders. Methods Fiffty adolescents with mental disorders of the contrast between parents and parents of non- young people with mental disorders mental state, the parents of youth with mental disorders, health education and evalua- tion of the effect. Results Father and mother HAMA and HAMD scores in study group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Health education intervention mothers HAMA and HAMD scores in study group were signifi cantly higher than those of father （P 〈 0.05） after the intervention of his father and mother HAMA and HAMD score compared with intervention were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.01）. After the intervention of obsessive-compulsive symp- toms, depression, anxiety, terror, and the total score compared with before the intervention significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted and personalized health education to relieve the parents of adolescent with mental disorders of anxiety and depression, improve mental state.
