手术联合放疗治疗子宫内膜癌及卵巢双原发癌的效果观察

目的对手术联合放疗治疗子宫内膜癌以及卵巢双原发癌患者的疗效以及预后进行研究与讨论。方法选取我院在2004～2011年间收治的40例子宫内膜和卵巢原发癌患者,随机分为两组:观察组21例,对照组19例,观察组采用手术治疗联合放射治疗,对照组则仅采用手术方法进行治疗;对两组患者的治疗效果进行跟踪观察,并记录所得数据。结果观察组治疗有效率为90.48%,对照组治疗有效率为68.42%,两组临床疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组预后病情好转18例(85.72%),对照组预后病情好转10例(52.63%),两组患者预后情况好转差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗联合放射治疗子宫内膜癌以及卵巢双原发癌的效果较为显著,对患者病情的改善和生活质量的提高有较大的帮助,值得在临床上推广应用。

Effect of operation combined with radiotherapy in treatment of endometrial cancer and ovarian double primary cancer

Objective To research and discuss the curative effect and prognosis of endometrial and ovarian double primary cancer patients. Methods All 40 cases of endometrial and ovarian primary cancer patients were treated in our hospital during 2004 to 2011 that were divided into two groups, observation group（21 cases）and control group （19 cases）. The ob- servation group was treated by surgery combined with radiotherapy method while control group used only surgical method. The therapeutic effect and data of the two groups were followed-up observation and recorded. Results The effective rate of observation group and control group were 90.5%, 68.42%respectively, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The illness of 18 patients come better in observation group （85.72%） and the illness of 10 patients come better in control group （52.63%）, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the surgery combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of endometrial and ovarian double primary cancer had better signifi- cantly. This method could provide a great help for the improvement of the patient＇s condition and quality of life and de- serve to apply on clinic.
