腹腔镜与开腹胃癌根治术患者机体恢复情况及并发症发生率比较

目的比较腹腔镜与开腹胃癌根治术患者机体恢复情况及并发症发生率。方法选取2010年2月～2012年6月于本院采用腹腔镜胃癌根治术进行治疗的32例胃癌患者为A组,同期采用开腹胃癌根治术进行治疗的32例患者为B组,将两组患者的排气时间、下床活动时间、进食时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及术前、术后3 d、7 d的免疫指标、血清炎性因子水平进行比较。结果 A组的排气时间、下床活动时间、进食时间及住院时间均短于B组,并发症发生率低于B组,而术后3 d的免疫指标波动小于B组,血清炎性因子水平低于B组,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者机体功能及免疫状态的恢复情况优于开腹手术患者,且其炎性状态改善也更快。

Comparison of the body recovery the laparoscopic and open radical cancer situation and complications rate between gastrectomy for the patients with gastric

Objective To compare the body recovery situation and complications rate between the laparoscopic and open radical gastrectomy for the patients with gastric cancer. Methods All 32 patients with gastric cancer who were treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in our hospital from February 2010 to June 2012 were selected as group A, and 32 pa tients who were treated with open radical gastrectomy at the same time were selected as group B, then the exhaust time, evacuation active time, time of taking food, hospitalization time, complication rate and immune indexes, serum inflammatory factors before and after the operation at third and seventh day of two groups were compared. Results The exhaust time, e- vacuation active time,time of taking food and hospitalization time of group A were all shorter than those of group B,com- plication rates were lower than those of group B,the fluctuation of immune indexes after the operation at third day were smaller than those of group B, serum inflammatory factors were lower than those of group B, all P 〈 0.05, there were signif- icant differences. Conclusion The recovery situation of body function and immune state of patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy are better than those of open radical gastrectomy, and the improvement of their inflammatory state is faster too.
