103例男性不育症治疗分析

目的对男性不育患者临床表现以及治疗方式和效果进行对比分析。方法本次选取2008年11月～2011年11月在我院就诊治疗的男性不育患者的原始病历为分析依据,共计103例。在治疗过程中,按照患者症状严重程度的情况,按比例进行随机分组,将103例患者分为三个组别:A组:单纯采用中药治疗方法,共31例;B组:单纯采用西药治疗方法,共36例;C组:采用中西结合且配合食疗等综合性疗法,共36例。结果 A组患者,共31例,其中11例治愈,19例患者病情改善,治愈率35.48%,总显效率为61.29%;B组患者,共36例,其中12例治愈,20例患者病情改善,治愈率33.33%,总显效率为55.55%;C组患者,共36例,其中19例患者治愈,31例患者病情改善,治愈率52.78%,总显效率为86.11%。结论在治疗男性不育病症中,应当采用全方位的综合性治疗的手段,能够很好地提高治疗的效果。

Analysis of male Infertility treatment of 103 cases

Objective To analyze and compare male sterility patients clinical manifestations and therapy effect. Methods We selected 103 eases in 2008 November to 2011 November in our hospital. In the course of treatment, according to the patient symptom severity, 10.3 patients were divided into three groups： group A： simple treatment using traditional Chinese medicine method, a total of 31 eases; Stoup B： pure western medicine treatment method, a total of 36 cases; C group ： the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine and with the diet the comprehensive therapy, a total of 36 cases. Results In group A, a total of 31 eases, the cure rate was 35.48%, total effective rate was 61.29%; group B, a total of 36 eases, the cure rate was 33,33%, total effective rate was 55.55%. The patients in the C group, the cure rate was 52.78%, total effective rate was 86,11%, Conclusion In the treatment of male infertility cases, adopting comprehensive treatment means can improve the treatment effect.
