氟西汀与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑的对照研究

目的探讨评价氟西汀与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例符合CCMD-3广泛性焦虑障碍诊断标准的患者,随机分成研究组(氟西汀治疗)和对照组(阿普唑仑治疗);在治疗前和治疗的第2、4、6周末采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表、焦虑自评量表、药物副反应量表和临床疗效4级评定标准,评定疗效和药物的不良反应。结果经过为期6周的观察,氟西汀与阿普唑仑疗效相当,但起效快,无严重的药物副反应和成瘾性。结论氟西汀对广泛性焦虑有较好的疗效,且副反应轻、依从性好,可作为临床治疗广泛性焦虑的一种选择。

A comparative study of fluoxetine and alprazolam in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of fluoxetine vs. alprazolam in the treatment of generalized anxi- ety disorder. Methods A total of 60 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into the study group （fluoxetine treatment, n = 31） and the control group （alprazolam treatment, n = 29）. The efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） before treatment and treatment of 2,4,6 the weekend. Results After a period of six weeks of observation, the efficacy was similar in fluoxetine and alprazolam,but had no the rapid onset of serious drug side effects and addiction. Conclusion The better the efficacy of fluoxetine in the treatment of generalized anxiety, and the light side effects and better compliance can be used as an option in the clinical treatment of generalized anxiety.
