| 摘 要： | 目的探讨周围型小肺癌的磁共振成像诊断。方法对我院自2010年1月～2011年1月经病理证实的40例周围型小肺癌的临床资料进行回顾总结。结果显示细支气管肺泡癌20例,低分化腺癌患者15例,小细胞癌3例,鳞癌患者2例。结论磁共振成像诊断是诊断周围型小肺癌比较直接有效的方法,能有效提高肺癌患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective TO discusse the small peripheral lung cancer magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis. Methods In our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 the 40 patients confirmed peripheral lung cancer small were retrospective summarized. Results Display the bronchioloalveolar carcinoma 20 cases, low differentiated adenocareinoma patients were 15 cases, small cell carcinoma were 3 cases, squamous cell carcinoma patients were 2 cases. Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis is diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer is the most direct and efficient method, can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with lung cancer. |
