外伤性白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术的最佳手术时机探讨

目的探讨外伤性白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术的最佳手术时机。方法回顾性分析本院眼科近年来收治的96例(96眼)外伤性白内障资料,根据患者的病情,选择不同的手术时机,施行白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入手术。结果手术均无严重并发症。矫正视力0.05～0.3者66例,占68.75%;矫正视力>0.3者30例,占31.25%;无论是人工晶体一期植入还是二期植入,对术后矫正视力并无显著影响(P>0.05),而术后矫正视力较术前视力均得到显著提高。结论外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术选择最佳的手术时机,对于获取好的疗效至关重要。

The choice of operation time of artificial lens implantation after traumatic cataract

Objective To identify the optimal operation timing of cataract extraction and intraoctdar lens implantation for patients with traumatic cataract. Methods The data of 96 cases （96 eyes）were retrospectively analyzed after traumatic cataract in our hospital ophthalmology department, based on patient＇s condition, different operation time was chosen to ex- tract cataract and implant artificial lens. Results All operations had no serious complications, corrected vision between 0.05~0.3 were 66 cases （68.75%）;corrected vision higher than 0.3 were 30 cases,31.25 percent. Whether in I or II phase of artificial lens implantation, operations had not influence corrected vision significantly （P 〉 0.05）, and corrected vision post-operation were significantly improved compare with preoperative. Conclusion The time choosing of implant artificial lens after traumatic cataract is crucial important to have better effect.
