| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复方珍珠暗疮胶囊联合胶原贴治疗面部寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:选择面部寻常痤疮患者168例,随机分为两组,每组84例,分别用复方珍珠暗疮胶囊联合胶原贴治疗(治疗组)和复方珍珠暗疮胶囊联合0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗(对照组),对比两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗结果显示治疗组总有效率为78.57%,优于对照组的有效率(57.14%),其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:复方珍珠暗疮胶囊联合胶原贴治疗寻常痤疮效果明显,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore therapeutic effect of pearl acne compound capsule combination with collagen mask on inflammatory ance.Method 168 cases of patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups,each group was 84 cases.One group treated with pearl acne compound capsule combination with collagen mask,and the other treated with pearl acne compound capsule combination with 0.1% adapalene gel.Then,results of these two groups were compared by SPSS statistic analysis.Results According to the results of SPSS statistic analysis,treatment group was 78.57% efficacy,control group was 57.14% efficacy.The difference between these two groups was statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Pearl acne compound capsule combination with collagen mask was an effective method in treatment of acne and worthy of clinical application. |
