阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂及C反应蛋白的影响

目的探讨阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂及C反应蛋白的影响。方法将2010年1月～2012年1月来我院进行治疗的不稳定型心绞痛患者64例随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,两组均予常规对症支持治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗,应用统计学方法对比两组的疗效及治疗前后血脂指标及CRP的变化。结果观察组治疗4周的疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组TC、TG、LDL、HDL、CRP比较,差异无统计学意义。治疗4周后,TC、TG、LDL、CRP较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),而HDL较治疗前显著升高,且观察组较对照组变化更显著(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可以提高不稳定型心绞痛的疗效,降低血脂及C反应蛋白水平,值得临床推广和应用。

Atorvastatin impact on serum lipids and C-reactive protein in patients with unstable angina

Objective To investigate the atorvastatin impact on serum lipids and C-reactive protein in patients with unstable angina. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012 in our hospital, 64 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group of 32 patients who were given atorvastatin therapy, the control group 32 patients treated with conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment, and by statistical methods to compare changes in lipid parameters and CRP in both groups before and after treatment. Results The efficacy of observation group after treatment 4 weeks compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）;before treatment, the TC, TG, LDL, HDL, CRP between two groups had no significant difference. After 4 weeks treatment, these indicators significantly lowered than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, but HDL was higher than that before treatment and the observation group changed more significantly than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin can improve the efficacy of unstable angina, lower blood lipids and C-reactive protein levels, should be popularized and applied.
