癌痛患者的无痛化护理

目的探讨规范化的无痛护理工作能否提高癌痛的缓解程度。方法我科自2010年3月～2011年2月收住的癌痛患者80例设为对照组(采用常规三阶梯镇痛治疗)、我科2011年3月~2012年2月收住的癌痛患者120例设为观察组(采用常规三阶梯镇痛治疗加上规范化护理),比较两组病例镇痛治疗后第10天的癌痛缓解情况。结果经治疗后第10天评定对照组癌痛缓解率为76.25%,观察组癌痛缓解率为89.17%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.96,P<0.05)。结论通过规范化的无痛护理工作能明显提高癌痛患者的缓解程度。

Painless nursing to patients with cancer pain

Objective To research weather the standardization of painless nursing can improve the degree of pain relief. Methods All of 80 cases of hospitalized patients with cancer pain from March 2010 to February 2011 were set as control group （using conventional three steps analgesic therapy）, 120 cases of hospitalized patients with cancer pain from March 2011 to February 2012 were set as clinical observation group （using conventional three steps analgesic therapy and Stan- dardized nursing）, compared the pain relief rate of the two groups in the tenth day after the analgesic therapy. Results The pain relief rate in control group was 76.25%, and in clinical observation group was 89.17% （X2=5.96,P 〈 0.05）, there was statistical significant difference. Conclusion The degree of pain relief of patients can be obviously increased through the standardized painless nursing.
