复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病影响因素及局部病因调查分析

目的对复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)发病的影响因素及局部病因进行调查,探讨其最佳的治疗效果。方法收集359例RVVC患者作为观察组,同时选取无阴道病及消化道感染症状的患者100例作为对照组,进行局部病因检查,并对疾病的影响因素进行调查。结果患者的年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、性伴侣及其性伴侣是否需要同治等是复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的影响因素。结论对RVVC的影响因素进行了解,可以避免此种疾病的出现。

The influencing factors,partial cause and treatment of recurrent vulvovagi- nal candidiasis

Objective To investigate the affecting factors and the incidence of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis and dis- cuss the best treatment. Methods All 359 cases of RVVC were selected as observation group, 100 healthy people were selected and treated as control group, we checked their partial cause and investigated the influencing factors. Results The patient＇s age, marital status, education level, sexual partners, and their sexual partner whether treated together were the influencing factors of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis. Conclusion To understand the impact of factors in RVVC, and to avoid the emergence of this disease.
