急诊高血压病患者无创血压监测方法的比较

摘    要:目的对急诊高血压病患者无创血压监测方法进行比较与分析。方法随机选择2012年1~3月来我院急诊内科就诊留观并已确诊为原发性高血压病的患者,按高血压病分类标准分为:A组(高血压1级组);B组(高血压2级组);C组(高血压3级组),并分别使用腕式血压计、臂式血压计和汞柱式血压计进行血压测量并记录血压情况。使用SPSS统计软件对测量结果进行统计分析。结果 A组使用三种血压计的测量结果之间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组使用臂式血压计和汞柱式血压计的测量结果之间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.0167),但使用腕式血压计和汞柱式血压计之间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0167);C组进行两两比较后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0167)。结论针对不同高血压病级别的患者需采用适当的血压计进行测量,以防漏诊高血压急症患者,影响急诊降压处理。

Analysis of different sphygmomanometers on blood pressure measurement among emergency hypertension patients

Abstract:Objective To analyze three kinds of sphygmomanometers (wrist electronic sphygmomanometer, automatic arm sphygmomanometer and mercury sphygmomanometer) on blood pressure measurement among hypertension patients. Methods From January 2012 to March 2012, 205 patients with primary hypertension were enrolled randomly and observed in the emergency department (ED). They were measured by three kinds of sphygmomanometers and divided into three groups, Group A (Stage Ⅰ Hypertension), Group B (Stage Ⅱ Hypertension) and Group C (Stage Ⅲ Hypertension) according to the hypertension classification criteria. Then the results of patients' blood pressure were recorded and analyzed by SPSS statistical software. Results There was no statistical significance in Group A between these kinds of sphygmomanometers (P 〉 0.05), and there was no statistical significance in Group B between automatic arm sphygmomanometer and mercury sphygmomanometer (P 〉 0.0167). However, there was statistical significance of using wrist electronic sphygmomanometer and mercury sphygmomanometer (P 〈 0.0167). And there was statistical significance in Group C (P 〈 0.0167). Conclusion The health providers should choose appropriate sphygmomanometers on blood pressure measurement among hypertension patients according to hypertension classification criteria, in order to avoid misdiagnosis of hypertensive urgency.
