原发性气管肿瘤误诊为支气管哮喘6例临床分析

近几年临床研究发现,原发性气管肿瘤易被误诊为支气管哮喘,从而延误患者的最佳治疗时间。本文回顾分析6例由本院收治的气管肿瘤患者的临床资料,并对所有患者进行纤维支气管镜检查,其中5例作病理组织学检查,5例行外科手术治疗,1例确诊后自动出院。研究发现,疑似气管肿瘤者应及时行纤维支气管镜检查,纤维支气管镜检查是确诊气管肿瘤的重要手段。

6 patients of primary tracheal tumors misdiagnosed as bronchial asthma

To investigate the clinical features of tracheal tumor which puts the bronchial asthma hair as performance. Tra- cheal tumor clinical material of 6 patients were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were used fiberoptic bronchoscopy,in which 5 cases were got tested by histologic examination, 5 cases were got routine surgical treatment, and 1 case discharge after diagnosis automatically. People whose were suspected tracheal tumor should timely get fibre bronchoscopy,and the fiberoptic bronchoscopy is an important means of tracheal tumor diagnosis.
