| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社会支持与应对方式对乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法笔者所在医院收治的143例乳腺癌患者,所有患者均进行生存质量测定量表评估。结果经研究显示患者的生存质量的环境领域、社会领域、心理领域等因子和患者的领悟社会支持总分呈正相关的关系。结论给予乳腺癌患者各项干预引导其回归社会可促进患者提高生存质量。
