异位妊娠保守治疗不同方案的临床效果对比分析

目的探讨采用三种不同方案对异位妊娠进行保守治疗的临床效果。方法收集来我院治疗的异位妊娠患者135例,随机分为3组,各45例,Ⅰ组单次肌注甲氨蝶呤治疗;Ⅱ组空腹口服米非司酮进行治疗;Ⅲ组采用口服米非司酮及单次肌注甲氨蝶呤治疗,对3组治疗方法的临床效果进行观察。结果Ⅲ组患者的治疗有效率明显高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);与Ⅰ组及Ⅱ组比较,Ⅲ组患者治疗后血β-HCG恢复正常时间及阴道流血时间明显较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ组的不良反应较小(P<0.05)。结论异位妊娠保守治疗中米非司酮联合使用甲氨蝶呤效果较好,具有明显较高的有效率,能够缩短患者的治疗时间,可以在临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of ectopic pregnancy after conservative treatment program

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of three different options for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 135 patients of ectopic pregnancy collected from our hospital were randomly divided into group Ⅱ , a single intramuscular injection of methotrexate for the treatment, group Ⅱ, given fasting mifepristone for treat- ment; group m, treated with mifepristone and single intramuscular injection of methotrexate therapy, the clinical effects of the three groups were observed. Results Treatment efficiency of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than group Ⅱ, the dif- ference was significant （P 〈 0.05）; Compared with Group I and Group Ⅱ, blood β-HCG recovery time after treatment and vaginal bleeding was significantly shorter, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）; Adverse reactions of Group Ⅱwas smaller （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Effect of mifepristone and methotrexate in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy is better, it has a significantly higher efficiency and shorten time of the treatment of patients in clinical application.
