| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声检测正常和妊娠高血压综合征胎儿静脉导管分流率及其意义。方法选取2011年1月～2012年1月我院收治的妊娠高血压综合征孕妇共60例,同期正常胎儿共30例,检查静脉导管血流量(QDV)、静脉导管峡部内径(DDV)、脐静脉血流量(QUV)、静脉导管(DV)分流率。结果随着孕妇妊娠高血压综合征严重程度上升,胎儿QDV、DDV及DV分流率逐渐增加,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而QUV逐渐降低,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声检查胎儿静脉导管分流率能够作为妊娠高血压综合征严重程度检测的有效指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn the ultrasound checking fetal venous catheter shunt rate for normal and pregnancy induced hypertension （PIH） pregnant women. Methods There were 60 patients of PIH from Jan 2011 to Jan 2012 and 30 normal fetus. The QDV, DDV, QUV and venous catheter shunt rate were checked. Results As the increasing of severity of PIH, the QDV, DDV and venous catheter shunt rate were increasing （P 〈 0.05）, while the QUV were reducing （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound test of venous catheter shunt rate can be an effective target for checking severity of PIH. |
