院前急救在重症颅脑损伤救治中的效果评价

目的评价院前急救在重症颅脑损伤救治中的地位。方法选择我院2009年6月～2012年6月接诊的178例重型颅脑损伤患者。对照组86例患者,由家属自行送往医院进行救治,观察组92例,由急救中心医务人员给予呼吸支持、包扎止血、抗休克等院前急救。结果观察组的患者急救时间明显缩短,治愈好转率提高,死亡率明显下降,两组对照差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论准确、合理、快速的院前急救可使重型颅脑损伤患者死亡率降低。

Evaluation of severe cerebral trauma in the pre-hospital emergency care

Objective To evaluate the effect of the pre-hospital emergency care in severe cerebral trauma. Methods All of 178 cases of patients in my hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 were divided into the observation group involved 86 cases and the control group involved 92 cases, the patients in control group were brought to the hospital by the relatives directly, and that of observation group underwent therapeutic methods involved supply of oxygen, respiratory support, antishock and bleeding control pre-hospital emergency care. Results The time of emergency care was lessened, the mortality rate was significantly decreased, the cure rate obviously was improved. The two groups had statistically significance （/9 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The accurate, proper and quick pre-hospital emergency care can decrease the mortality rate of the pa- tients with severe cerebral trauma.
