石河子大学学生营养知识、态度及饮食行为的分析研究

摘    要:目的了解石河子大学大学生营养知识(K)、营养态度(A)和饮食行为习惯(P)的现状,为今后开展大学生营养健康教育等干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的营养知识、态度及饮食行为调查问卷,抽取石河子大学在校的1 728名大学生,对其进行调查,用SPSS统计软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果大学生营养知识普遍缺乏,不及格率67.0%,不同性别、专业、生源地学生的知识得分差异有统计学意义。营养态度普遍较积极,92.9%的男生和97.3%的女生都认为营养对健康很重要,但如果要付钱去接受营养知识,仅有45.2%的男生和52.3%的女生愿意。饮食行为方面,每天坚持吃早餐的学生仅占59.5%,每天喝牛奶的学生仅占7.5%,仅有24.9%的学生没有食零食的习惯。结论多数大学生对营养知识缺乏全面的认识,不合理的饮食行为较普遍,应结合不同学科学生特点进行营养教育,培养健康的饮食行为。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status about nutritional knowledge, nutritional attitude and dietary behaviors of students in Shihezi University, in order to provide evidence for nutritional health education and other interventions. Methods A total of 1 728 students in Shihezi University were surveyed buy using a self-designed questionnaire. The data was ana- lyzed by SPSS. Results The students accounting for 67.0% were short of essential nutrition knowledge. The scores of nutri- tional knowledge differed from gender, specialty students and they were statistically significant.92.9% of boys and 97.3% of girls held positive nutritional attitude regarding that nutrition was very important. As to dietary behavior, the students to have breakfast every day were accounted for 59.5%, students to drink milk every day only for 7.5% and only 24.9% of stu- dents did not have eating snack habits. Conclusion The majority of students lack nutritional knowledge and have some un- healthy dietary behavior. The nutritional education should be implemented to the students.
