腹腔镜联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效观察

目的探讨腹腔镜联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法将2008年1月～2012年1月50例行腹腔镜手术并经病理诊断为子宫内膜异位症患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,两组均行腹腔镜手术,观察组同时服用米非司酮,对照组不服用米非司酮,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组25例患者中,无效4例,有效率为84.0%;对照组25例患者中,无效10例,有效率60.0%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.238,P<0.05)。观察组复发率20.0%,对照组复发率44%,两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.892,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效优于单纯腹腔镜手术,复发率低,值得推广和应用。

Efficacy of laparoscopy combined with mifepristone in the treatment of en- dometriosis

Objective To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic United mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis. Meth- ods From January 2008 to January 2012,50 underwent laparoscopie surgery and the pathological diagnosis of endometrio- sis patients as an object of observation, were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 25 cases in each group, both groups line laparoscopic surgery, observation group taking mifepristone, the control group not taking mifepristone, treatment effects between two groups were compared. Results Twenty-five patients in the observation group, 4 cases were innvalid,the effective rate of 84.0%; 25 patients in the control group, 10 cases were innvalid,＇the effective rate of 60.0%, the efficiency difference was statistically significant （χ2=4.238, P 〈0.05）, the recurrence rate in the Observa- tion group was 20.0%, the recurrence rate of the control group was 44%, the relapse rate of two groups had statistically significant difference （χ2=3.892, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoseopie combination with rnifepristone to treat endometriosis effective is better than simple laparoscopic surgery, the recurrence rate is low, it is worth the promotion and application.
