| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性阑尾炎的超声图像特征。方法回顾性分析我院150例经手术病理证实的急性阑尾炎的超声声像图资料,总结其声像图特征。结果 150例急性阑尾炎中,超声诊断146例,准确率97.3%,1例误诊,3例漏诊,根据超声图像可分为:急性单纯性阑尾炎(21例),急性化脓性阑尾炎(63例),急性坏疽性阑尾炎(43例),阑尾脓肿(19例)。结论高频超声在诊断急性阑尾炎中有重要价值,为临床诊断和选择治疗方案提供重要参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the ultrasound image characteristics of acute appendicitis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the ultrasound images of 150 cases of actue appendicitis in our hospital confirmed by surgical pathology to find out the uhrasonographic characteristics. Results In 150 cases of acute appendicitis, ultrasonic diagnosis of 146 cases, accuracy 97.3%, misdiagnosis of 1 case, 3 cases of missed. According to ultrasound images were divided into： acute sim ple appendicitis （21 cases）, acute suppurative appendicitis （63 cases）, gangrenous appendicitis （43 cases）, appendiceal abscess （19 cases）. Conclusion The value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis is very im portant, which can provide an important reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment programmes |
