喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

目的观察喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎120例随机分为研究组和对照组,各60例。两组均给予补液、维持水电解质平衡、微生态制剂等基础治疗,同时给予利巴韦林(10~15)mg/(kd.d),静脉滴注治疗;研究组同时加用喜炎平7.5mg/(kd.d),静脉滴注治疗。观察并比较两组患儿症状改善情况及临床疗效。结果研究组患儿退热改善时间、腹泻改善时间及总病程明显短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组显效率37例,有效19例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组显效20例,有效18例,总有效率为63.3%,研究组显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效显著,不良反应较低,值得临床推广应用。

The efficacy of ribavirin with xiyanping treatment for infants rotavirus en- teritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ribavirin with xiyanping treatment for infants rotavirus enteritis. Methods All 120 cases of infant rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The two groups were all given rehydration, maintenance of water and electrolyte balance, probiotics basic treatment, while giving the ribavirin （10-15） mg/（kd.d）, intravenous infusion therapy, study group plus xiyanping 7.Smg/（kd.d）, intravenous infusion therapy. Results The children of study group fever improve time, the total duration time and diarrhea improve time were significantly shorter than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. In study group, markedly effective 37 cases, effective 19 cases, total effective rate was 93.3%, the control group markedly effective 20 cases, effective 18 cas- es, total effective rate was 63.3%, was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xiyanping and ribavirin treatment of infants with rotavirus enteritis is significant effect, lower adverse reactions, worthy of clinical ap- plication.
