护理干预对新生儿疼痛及生命体征的影响观察与分析

目的探讨护理干预对新生儿疼痛及生命体征的影响。方法选取2010年4月～2012年3月间我院新生儿重症监护病房住院的新生儿106例,随机分为两组,每组53例,观察组新生儿在常规护理的基础上给予护理干预,对照组新生儿仅给予常规护理。观察两组新生儿接受疼痛刺激时急性疼痛评分结果以及刺激前后心率、平均动脉压及血氧饱和度的监测结果。结果观察组新生儿急性疼痛评分结果优于对照组,与对照组新生儿相比较观察组新生儿受到疼痛后,心率、平均动脉压及血氧饱和度能够更快恢复正常。结论护理干预能够有效地缓解新生儿疼痛,有助于保持各项生命体征的平稳,有利于新生儿的康复以及生长发育。

Analysis of nursing intervention on neonatal pain and vital signs influence

Objective To explore the nursing intervention on neonatal pain and vital signs of influence. Methods From April 2010 to March 2012 in our hospital neonatal intensive care wards of 106 newborn cases, were randomly divided into two groups with 53 cases in each group, the neonates in the observation group, on the basis of conventional nursing inter- vention, the control group only received routine nursing care. To observe two groups of neonates receiving pain stimulation acute pain score results as well as before and after stimulation of heart rate, mean arterial pressure and oxygen saturation monitoring results. Results The study group for neonatal acute pain score was better than the control group, and the control group compared with the observation group of neonatal pain of heart rate, mean arterial pressure and oxygen saturation more smoothly. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively relieve pain in neonates, helps to keep the stable vital signs, is conducive to the rehabilitation and development of neonatal.
