妊娠早期TORCH感染与不良妊娠结局分析

目的探讨不良妊娠结局与妊娠早期TORCH感染的关系。方法选取我院2009年6月～2011年6月收治的46例妊娠妇女,分为正常妊娠组24例与不良妊娠组22例,应用ELISA法检测其血清当中TORCH一系列病原体的特异性抗体IgM。结果不良妊娠组妇女的TORCH-IgM总阳性率为63.64%,其中TOX-IgM、RV-IgM、CMV-IgM、HSVⅠ-IgM、HSVⅡ-IgM的阳性率均明显高于正常妊娠组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠早期TORCH感染是导致不良妊娠结局的重要因素,应该重视妊娠早期TORCH感染的检测和诊治。

The relationship between early TORCH infection and abnormal pregnancy

Objective To study the relationship between early pregnancy TORCH infection and abnormal pregnancy. Methods To detect the TORCH-IgM specificity immune body, serum samples from 46 pregnant women （ 24 with normal pregnancy and 22 with abnormal pregnancy） were tested by the method of ELISA. They were collected in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2011. Results Abnormal pregnancy women TORCH-IgM positive rate was 63.64%. Its TOX,RV,CMV, HSV- I,HSV- II positive rate was significantly higher than normal pregnancy group,the differences were statistically signifi- cant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The early pregnancy infections of TORCH were important factors of abnormal pregnancy out- comes. We should pay more attention the early detection, diagnosis and treatment of early pregnancy TORCH infections.
