腹腔镜与传统开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的疗效对比研究

摘    要:目的探讨腹腔镜与传统开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的手术效果差异。方法选择2010年2月~2012年2月来我院行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者30例作为研究对象,设立为腹腔镜组,另选择同期行开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术患者32例,设立为对照组,观察并记录两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、并发症、术后住院时间及术后体温恢复正常时间。结果观察组的手术时间虽然明显长于对照组,但术中出血量明显少于对照组,术后体温恢复正常时间、术后肛门排气时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,且观察组术后并发症发生率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术具有创伤小、痛苦轻、术后恢复快、住院时间短、复发率低等优点,值得临床推广。

The effect differences of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery for uter- ine fibroids removed.

Abstract:Objective To investigate effect differences of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery for uterine fibroids re- moved. Methods From February 2010 to February 2012 in our hospital for laparoscopic myomectomy surgery in 30 pa- tients as research subjects, set up for the laparoscopic group,and other selected 32 cases underwent abdominal myomecto- my patients establishment the control group, observed and recorded surgery time, blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time, complications, postoperative hospital stay, and postoperative body temperature returned to normal time of the two groups's patients. Results Although the operation time of the observation group was significantly longer than the control group, but the blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group, postoperative body temperature returned to normal time,anal exhaust time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group and the incidence rate of postoperative complications of the laparoscopic group the was significantly lower than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclu- sion Laparoscopic myomectomy with less trauma,pain, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay, low recurrence rate, etc., wor- thy of promotion.
