| 摘 要： | 目的观察酚妥拉明联合低分子肝素对肺心病高凝状态的干预作用。方法本组病例80例,随机分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（40例）,两组患者年龄、性别、病情无显著差异,在确诊肺心病高凝状态后,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用酚妥拉明和低分子肝素治疗。结果治疗组治疗前后血液高凝状态指标改善程度及疗效结果与对比组比较有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论酚妥拉明联合低分子肝素对肺心病高凝状态的干预是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of phentolamine combined with low molecular weight heparin（LMWH） on pulmonary heart disease with hypercoagulable state.Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（n = 40） and control group（n = 40）,There were no significant differences in age,gender and condition between the two groups.After the diagnosis identified,the treatment group were administered with phentolamine and LMWH besides baseline therapy.Results There were significant differences in improvement of hypercoagulability indicators and therapy efficacy in the treatment group compared with the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Phentolamine combined with LMWH is safe and effective on pulmonary heart disease with hypercoagulable state. |
