高压氧治疗对老老年男性抑郁症患者HAMD评分的影响及临床疗效

目的探讨高压氧治疗对老老年男性抑郁症患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分影响及临床疗效观察。方法将168例老老年男性抑郁症患者随机分为对照组(度洛西汀+常规护理)和试验组(度洛西汀+常规护理+高压氧)。8周后对两组治疗前后的临床疗效进行比较,并进行汉密尔顿抑郁分级量表(HAMD)评分比较。结果试验组治疗后的临床疗效及HAMD评分均有明显改善,有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗后对照组与试验组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合常规治疗对老老年男性抑郁症患者有显著临床疗效,且HAMD评分显著下降。

Score of HAMD effect and clinical therapeutic observati of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on elderly male patients with major depression WANG Shanshan

Objective Hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the elderly male patients with major depression and Hamilton De- pression Scale （HAMD） score effect and clinical therapeutic observation. Methods A total of 168 cases of elderly male pa- tients with depression were randomly divided into control group （duloxetine＋routine care） and the experimental group （du- loxetine ＋ routine care and hyperbaric oxygen）. After 8 weeks of treatment compared to the control group and test group before and after treatment in the therapeutic efficacy and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） score comparison. Results Experimental group after treatment of clinical efficacy and HAMD score were significantly improved,There was a significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. After the treatment of control group and experiment group had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with routine therapy on elderly male patients with major depression have significant clinical curative effect, and the score of HAMD decreased significantly.
