健康教育对消化性溃疡患者治疗依从性的影响

目的观察健康教育对消化性溃疡患者治疗依从性的影响。方法收集2008年1月～2012年1月在我院住院治疗的消化性溃疡患者160例,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,对照组采用常规护理模式,并随机遵医嘱对症护理,观察组采取心理指导、饮食指导、用药指导、并发症的预防及指导等健康教育干预措施,应用统计学方法比较两组的住院时间、护理满意度、并发症、复发率、治疗依从性。结果与对照组比较,观察组住院时间短,护理满意度高,并发症发生率少,随访1年复发率低。干预组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组。两组患者治疗依从性比较,干预组在合理饮食、情绪稳定、遵医用药、定期复查方面的依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施健康教育干预后,消化性溃疡患者治疗的依从性得到明显提高。

Effect of health education on treatment compliance of patients with peptic ulcer

Objective To observe the effect of health education on treatment compliance of patients with peptic ulcer. Methods All of 160 cases of peptic ulcer patients from January 2008 to January 2012 in our hospital, all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 80 cases each, the control group received routine care model, as well as random as directed symptomatic care, observation group took psychological guidance, dietary guidance, medication guidance, prevention of complications and the guidance of health education interventions, the application of statistical methods were compared to the duration of hospitalization, nursing satisfaction, complications, recurrence rate, treatment compliance sex. Results Compared with control group, observe group had shorter hospital stay, and nursing satis- faction was high incidence complications, follow-up 1 year recurrence rate was low： The total effective rate was significant- ly higher in the intervention group treatment. Two groups of patients compliance with treatment, the intervention group in a reasonable diet, emotional stability, the Zunyi medication on a regular basis to review compliance than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of health education intervention, adher- ence to treatment of peptic ulcer patients has been markedly improved.
