血清IL-8、IGF-1水平与青少年1型糖尿病患者血糖控制的相关性研究

目的探讨青少年1型糖尿病患者体内白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平的相关性以及其与代谢控制的相关性。方法按糖化血红蛋白A1c(HbA1c)水平将140例青少年1型糖尿病患者分为控制良好组(n=60)和控制不良组(n=80)。结果控制良好组患者的血清IL-8和全血HbA1c水平明显低于控制不良组,而IGF-1水平明显增高(均P<0.01)。1型糖尿病患者血清IL-8水平与HbA1c呈显著正相关,血清IGF-1水平与HbA1c呈显著负相关,1型糖尿病患者血清IL-8水平与IGF-1呈显著负相关(均P<0.05)。结论青少年1型糖尿病患者血清IL-8增高与IGF-1降低与血糖控制程度密切相关,监测两者的浓度有助于判定代谢控制水平,并改善预后。

Association between serum levels of IL-8 and IGF-1 and glucose control in adolescents with type 1 diabetes

Objective To discuss the association between serum levels of IL-8 and IGF-1 and glucose control in adoles- cents with type 1 diabetes. Methods All of 140 cases of adolescents with type 1 diabetes were divided into the good con- trol group （n = 60） and poor control group（n = 80） according to the HbAlc level. Results The levels of serum IL-8 and HbAlc were significantly lower in the good control group than in the poor control group, while the serum IGF-1 was con- siderably increased, all P 〈 0.01. The serum IL-8 was related to the HbAlc positively but negatively to the IGF-1, and the IGF-1 level was associated positively with HbAlc. Conclusion Increased IL-8 and reduced IGF1 prove to be the glu- cose control, and monitoring both levels can assist in judging the metabolic control and improving the prognosis.
