| 摘 要： | 目的分析研究哮喘者儿的CRP及有关指标在治疗中的应用。方法选取我院儿科在2010～2011年治疗的哮喘患儿152例,检测急性发作期CRP、PA、WBC值并与健康组比较。结果哮喘伴有细菌性感染组、哮喘伴有肺炎支原体、衣原体感染组患者的CRP比单纯哮喘组明显增高(P<0.01);哮喘伴有细菌性感染组PA值显著比单纯哮喘组低(P<0.05)。结论检测儿童哮喘急性发作期的C-反应蛋白和有关指标,可为快速、正确的诊断及科学的治疗提供重要的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application of CRP and related indicators in the treatment of childhood asthma. Meth- ods A total of 152 cases of hospital pediatrics in 2010-2011 treatment of children with asthma were detected by acute ex- acerbation of CRP,PA, WBC compared with healthy individuals. Results Asthma associated with bacterial infection, asth- ma associated with Mycoplasma pneumoniae group,chlamydia infection in patients of CRP was significantly higher than pure asthma group （P 〈 0.01 ）;Asthma associated with bacterial infection group PA significantly was lower than pure asth- ma group＇s （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The detection of asthma in children with acute exacerbation of C-reactive protein and related indicators can provide an important basis for the rapid, correct diagnosis and treatment of science. |
