2001～2011年郑州市城区结核病控制效果分析

目的评价郑州市城区2001~2011年结核病控制效果。方法收集并分析2001~2011年郑州市市区项目季报表、2000年流调资料及有关资料。结果通过项目的实施完善了郑州市城区四级防痨网络;2004～2011年平均转诊到位率(81.2%)较2001～2003年平均转诊到位率(37.2%)显著增高(P<0.01);2001～2011年郑州市城区初治涂阳患者平均登记率24.35/10万,2004～2011年初治涂阳肺结核患者平均登记率(29.84/10万)较2001～2003年平均登记率(6.0/10万)显著升高(P<0.01);2004～2011年郑州市城区初治涂阳患者平均治愈率88.32%。结论郑州市城区11年期间实施中国现代结核病控制策略,取得显著成效,完善了城区防痨组织机构,肺结核患者的发现率和治愈率达到预期目标,提高了结核病控制能力。

Analysis of control effect for urban tuberculosis in Zhengzhou from 2001 to 2011

Objective To evaluate the control effect for urban tuberculosis in Zhengzhou from 2001 to 2011. Methods The urban project quarterly reports from 2001 to 2011, the epidemiologieal survey data in 2000 and relevant information of Zhengzhou were collected and analyzed. Results The four-level tuberculosis control network was completed through project implementation. The average referral arrival rate from 2004 to 2011 （81.2%） was significantly higher than that from 2011 to 2003 （37.2%） （P 〈 0.01）. The average registration rate of patients with initial positive smear in urban Zhengzhou from 2001 to 201l was 24.35/100000. The average registration rate （29.84/100000） of patients with initial positive smear in urban Zhengzhou from 2004 to 2011 was significantly higher than that （6.0/100000） from 2001 to 2003 （P 〈 0.01）. The average cure rate of patients with initial positive smear in urban Zhengzhou from 2004 to 2011 was 88.32%. Conclusion China modern tuberculosis control strategies have been implemented in urban Zhengzhou in the 11 years, which achieves remark- able effect. The tuberculosis control organization in urban Zhengzhou has been improved, the detection rate and the cure rate of patients with tuberculosis have reached the desired goal, and the tuberculosis control capacity has been improved.
