消旋卡多曲、思密达联合培菲康三联疗法治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床研究

目的探讨消旋卡多曲、思密达联合培菲康三联疗法治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的效果。方法 132例腹泻患儿随机分为观察组(消旋卡多曲、思密达联合培菲康三联疗法)、对照组(常规治疗)各66例,比较两组的疗效及止泻时间。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,且观察组的止泻时间(37.7±12.9)h明显短于对照组(49.1±13.8)h,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消旋卡多曲、思密达、培菲康三种药物联用治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻取得了较好的临床效果,且未见明显不良反应,可以缩短止泻时间,值得临床推广和应用。

Racecadotril, smecta and bifico triple therapy in treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea

Objective To investigate the efficacy of racecadotril, smecta and bifico triple therapy in the treatment of infan- tile autumn diarrhea. Methods A total of 132 cases were randomly divided into observation group （racecadotril, smecta u- nited bifico triple therapy） and the control group （conventional therapy）, each of 66 cases, the efficacy and antidiarrheal time of two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, the overall response rate of observation group was significantly higher, the time of observation group to stop diarrhea （37.7±12.9） h was significantly shorter than the control group （49.1±13.8） h, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Racecadotril, smectite and bifico triple therapy in treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea was significantly, no significant adverse reactions, and can shorten the antidiarrheal time, is worthy of clinical application.
