质控小组对科室护理管理质量的影响分析

目的探讨质控小组对科室护理管理质量的影响。方法统计本院2010年1～12月间上报的医疗护理事故情况和患者满意度情况,对护理管理情况进行探讨、总结经验,在2011年1月成立质控小组,并对科室护理管理质量进行重点监督,对2011年1～12月间的医疗护理事故情况和患者满意度情况进行统计对比。结果本院2010年1～12月间上报医疗护理事故48例,本院2011年1～12月间上报医疗护理事故14例;本院2010年1～12月间患者护理满意度平均(71.21±8.43)分,本院2011年1～12月间患者护理满意度平均(90.12±10.21)分。两阶段医疗护理事故上报情况和护理满意度情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成立质控小组可以在实践工作中不断发现护理管理工作上存在的问题以及安全隐患,并通过有效的预防措施及时纠正,避免重大护理事故的发生,保证了本院护理管理工作的质量。

Quality control group on nursing management quality influence analysis

Objective To explore the effect of nursing quality control group on department nursing quality management. Methods In our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 statistics were reported to the medical accident and the sat- isfaction of patients, the nursing management to explore, sum up experience, in January 2011 to set up quality control group, and the nursing management quality focus on supervision, on January 2011 to December 2011 medical care during the accident and patient satisfaction for statistical comparison. Results 48 cases were reported to the medical nursing acci- dents from January 2010 to December 2010 in our hospital; 14 cases were reported to the medical nursing accidents from January 2011 to December 2011 ; the hospital from 2010 January to 2010 December, patients satisfaction with nursing care for （71.21_＋8.43） scores, our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011, patient care satisfaction was （90.12 _＋ 10.21） scores. Two stages of medical care and nursing satisfaction of accident reports were significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusion The establishment of quality control group can work in practice constantly found in nursing management problems and potential safety problems, and through the effective prevention measures and correct in time, avoid major nursing accidents, and make sure he effective guarantee of the hospital nursing management quality.
