味觉出汗综合征的预防与治疗研究进展

味觉出汗综合征即Frey综合征,常发生于腮腺手术后,主要表现为当有味觉刺激存在、血管扩张现象、咀嚼运动,影响患者的正常生活。目前其预防措施主要为手术治疗、脱细胞真皮基质材料、自体组织,移植到腮腺切除的手术部位,做为一种隔离屏障以预防神经纤维的错位愈合。味觉出汗综合征的治疗大致可分为药物治疗、手术治疗和肉毒素杆菌毒素局部注射治疗。
