味觉出汗综合征的预防与治疗研究进展

摘    要:味觉出汗综合征即Frey综合征,常发生于腮腺手术后,主要表现为当有味觉刺激存在、血管扩张现象、咀嚼运动,影响患者的正常生活。目前其预防措施主要为手术治疗、脱细胞真皮基质材料、自体组织,移植到腮腺切除的手术部位,做为一种隔离屏障以预防神经纤维的错位愈合。味觉出汗综合征的治疗大致可分为药物治疗、手术治疗和肉毒素杆菌毒素局部注射治疗。

The progress of prevention and cure of gustatory sweating syndrome

Abstract:Taste sweating syndrome namely Frey syndrome, also called ear temporal neural syndrome,is a common complication of parotid gland after surgery. Main show is when a taste stimulate exist,and chew when motionareas of skin flush and parotid gland there sweating, vessels to dilate phenomenon, the impact of the patients with normal life.The prevention measures at present mainly for surgery ,take off cell dermal matrix materials ,self organization, transplanted to the operation area of the parotid gland excision, as a barrier to prevent nerve fiber isolated dislocation of the healing.The treatment of taste sweating syndrome can be roughly divided into drug therapy, surgery and botox coli toxins local injections of treatment.
