18例小儿胆道蛔虫症的多普勒超声诊断分析

目的探讨超声在诊断小儿胆道蛔虫症中的声像学特点,为临床胆道蛔虫症的诊断提供参考。方法选择2010年1月～2011年12月在我院进行诊治的胆道蛔虫症患儿18例为研究对象,采用彩色多普勒超声仪进行检查,观察超声影像学特征。结果蛔虫位于胆总管11例,胆囊2例,胆总管至肝内胆管4例,肝内胆管1例。其中胆囊炎及胆管炎4例。可见双线状强回声。结论 B超检查胆道蛔虫症具有典型的声像图特征,具有确诊率高、无创、无痛等优点。

Analysis of doppler ultrasound for diagnosis of infantile biliary tract round-worm disease

Objective To analyze sonographic features of doppler ultrasound for diagnosis of Infantile biliary tract round- worm disese. Methods Selected 18 cases with infantile biliary tract roundworm disease from Jan 2010 to Dec 2011 were objects. Doppler ultrasound was used to diagnose infantile biliary tract roundworm disease and sonographic features were analyzed, Results Roundworm in common bile duct were 11 cases, in cholecyst were 2 cases, 4 cases were from common bile duct to intrahepatic bile duct, and 1 case was in intrahepatic bile duct. Four cases were, with complications of chole- cystitis or cholangitis. Conclusion Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis of infantile biliary tract roundworm disease shows typi- cal sonographic features, and shows high positive rate, non-invasive, painless.
