奈达铂联合后程三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌临床观察

目的探讨奈达铂联合后程三维适形放疗(3D-CRT)治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法入组109例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为两组,其中观察组59例接受常规放疗、后程3D-CRT联合同步周剂量奈达铂化疗;对照组50例仅接受常规放疗、后程3D-CRT。结果观察组有效率为84.75%,高于对照组的66.00%(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞减少、血小板减少、口腔黏膜炎及过敏反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者毒副反应经对症处理后均可缓解,未影响治疗的顺利进行。结论奈达铂联合后程3D-CRT治疗鼻咽癌疗效较好,毒副反应可耐受。

Nedaplatin combined with late-course three dimensional conformal radio- therapy in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the efficacy and toxicities of nedaplatin combined with late course three dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3D-CRT） in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A total of 109 patients with locally advanced nasopbaryngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group （59 cases） received conventional radiotherapy, late course 3D-CRT and weekly dose nedaplatin chemotherapy;the control group （50 cases） only received conventional radiotherapy and late course 3D-CRT. Results The response rate （84.75%） of the observation group was higher than that （66.00%） of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidences of leukopenia, thromboeytopenia, oral mucositis and allergic reactions in the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the toxicities of the two groups could be alleviated. Conclusion Nedaplatin combined process 3D-CRT treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is better, the toxicity can be tolerated.
