郴州市北湖区幼儿园蛲虫普查及防治策略分析

目的了解郴州市北湖区幼儿园儿童的蛲虫感染率现状,探讨幼儿园蛲虫病的防治措施。方法采用透明胶纸粘贴法进行检查,阳性患儿服用阿苯达唑进行驱虫治疗,采用前后对照的方法评价其治疗效果。结果北湖区幼儿园儿童的蛲虫感染率为12.1%;男童和女童蛲虫感染率分别为12.6%和11.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各年龄组间蛲虫感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),高年龄组的感染率较高;城区、城郊与乡镇儿童蛲虫感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);阿苯达唑治疗后,有效率为98.5%。结论北湖区幼儿园儿童的蛲虫感染率较高,阿苯达唑能够有效治疗蛲虫病,结合一定的预防措施,能有效控制蛲虫病流行。

Pinworm census and analysis of prevention strategy in Beihu district kinder- garten of Chenzhou city

Objective To investigate the children＇s pinworm infection rate in Beihu district kindergarten of Chenzhou city, and to discuss prevention measures to enterobiasis in kindergarten. Methods Used transparent tape paste method for exam- ination of pinworm, positive children were treated with albendazole for expelling worms, treatment effect was evaluated us- ing cross-references method. Results The children＇s pinworm infection rate was 12.1% in BeiHu disonct kindergarten; Boys＇ and girls＇ pinworm infection rates were 12.6% and 11.5%, respectively, there were not statistically significant differ- ence between them （P 〉 0.05）; There were significant differences in pinworm infection rate between age groups （P 〈 0.01 ）, with higher infection rate in elder age group; There were significant differences in pinworm infection rate between urban area, suburban area and town（P 〈 0.01 ）; Effective rate of treatment with Albendazole was 98.5%. Conclusion The children＇s pinworm infection rate in Beihu district kindergarten is higher, albendazole can effectively cure enterobiasis. Combined with other preventive measures, enterobiasis can be prevented and controlled effectively.
