肝功能异常患者肝炎病毒标志物检测结果分析

目的探讨肝功能异常者肝炎病毒标志物的检查结果。方法选取肝功能异常患者542例检测肝炎病毒标志物,主要包括抗-HEV-IgM、乙型肝炎病毒抗体、丙型肝炎病毒抗体、抗HAV-IgM以及乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原,统计检出率。结果 542例肝功能异常患者检测肝炎病毒标志物402例,乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原的阳性率最高。30～50岁年龄段患者检出率最高。结论肝炎病毒主要以乙型以及甲型病毒的检出率最高,因此需要对患者进行甲型肝炎和乙型肝炎疫苗接种的宣传,提高个人的卫生习惯,降低肝炎病毒的传播几率。

Conclusion The highest detection rate of Hepatitis B virus hepatitis virus, so the need to publicize the patients for hepati- tis A and hepatitis B vaccine, improve personal hygiene practices to reduce the risk of the spread of hepatitis virus.
