双频超声探头诊断急性阑尾炎的临床价值分析

目的探讨高频、低频探头在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2007年1月～2010年9月我院289例疑似阑尾炎患者,术前常规作B超检查,将高频、低频探头诊断的结果与手术后病理结果的诊断符合率进行对比分析,并对不同类型阑尾炎的高低频探头显示的声像图特征进行总结分析及对比。结果高频探头的诊断符合率为91.33%,低频探头的诊断符合率为64.69%,高频探头诊断阑尾炎的准确率明显高于低频探头(P<0.05)。尤其高频超声探头诊断单纯性阑尾炎的诊断符合率明显高于低频探头,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高、低频探头显示各型阑尾炎声像图各具不同特征。结论高频探头诊断符合率及声像图质量明显高于低频探头。

Experiences on double-frequency urtrasonic probe in diagnosing acute appendicitis

Objective To probe into application value of high-and low-frequency urtrasonic probe in diagnosing acute ap- pendicitis. Methods All 289 cases of patients with suspected acute appendicitis were examined by conventional B ultra- sound, and then the results of high- and low-frequency urtrasonic probe and the sonographic features of different types of appendicitis, were compared with the postoperative pathology. Results The coincident rate of the diagnosis of high and low- frequency urtrasonic probe and pathology were respectively 91.33% and 64.69%. The diagnosis accuracy rate of the high- frequency probe for appendicitis was significantly higher than the low-frequency probe. In particular, the diagnosis accuracy rate of the high-frequency probe for simple appendicitis was significantly higher diagnostic accuracy of low-frequency probe, the difference was extremely significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. The appendicitis audio-visual diagram of high- and low- frequency urtrasonic probe had different characteristics. Conclusion The accurate rate of high-frequency urtrasonic probe in diagnosing acute appendicitis is above that of low-frequency urtrasonic probe.
