| 摘 要： | 目的了解临床护理人员发生医疗锐器伤的原因，并探讨干预措施。方法对473名护理人员进行回顾性问卷调查，了解锐器伤发生的人数、种类、程度及原因，并对干预措施进行探讨。结果在473名调查的护士中，84．14％的护士曾受到过医疗锐器伤，导致锐器伤的用物主要是：头皮针占23．27％，注射器针头占38．47％，玻璃类占25．42％，处置治疗后用物发生锐器伤占43．47％。结论护理人员医疗锐器伤发生率高，应采取积极相应的干预措施，加强职业防护，减少锐器伤的发生，保证职业安全。
