| 摘 要： | 本文通过对360例鼻咽病变疑为鼻咽癌病人用特制穿刺针进行穿刺负压抽吸细胞学检查,并与病理组织学检查进行对照,在发现的171例鼻咽癌患者中,细胞学检查阳性159例,其中一次阳性154例,达90.05％。据此,作者认为穿刺负压抽吸细胞学与组织学诊断结果接近,特别是在粘膜下型鼻咽癌诊断上细胞学检查优于病理组织学。

Clinical Significance for Cytologic Diagnosis of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma with Nasopharynx Paracentesis Vacuum and Aspiration Suction |

| Abstract: | The paper reports the result of cytologic and histopathologic examination in 360 patients with suspected nasopharyngeal illness. All cell were taken by nasopharyngeal puncture with special puncture needle and suction. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma was confirmed in 171 cases while 159 cases showed positive cytologically,among then 154 cases were found positive results in the first time of puncture (90. 05%). The authors suggest that the diagnostic significance in cytology is close to that of histopathology. The cytologic method is better than the histopathologic one for the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma especially for the submu-cosal carcinoma. |
