小切口留支架输卵管直视吻合术85例报告

目的探讨小切口留支架输卵管直视吻合术的临床效果。方法选择85例输卵管绝育术后子女夭折或家庭离异再婚要求生育者,采用小切口留支架输卵管直视吻合术。结果术后3个月内妊娠者6例,1年内受孕42例,2年内受孕23例,3年内受孕3例,11例5年内未受孕,无异位妊娠发生。结论小切口留支架输卵管直视吻合术安全,手术时间短,方法简便,手术复通率高,复孕率高,无异位妊娠发生。
