2005～2009年阜新市城市居民死亡资料分析

目的了解阜新市城市居民死亡谱的特点及影响城市居民健康的主要疾病，为制定疾病预防策略和控制提供科学依据。方法对2005—2009年阜新市城市居民死亡资料进行分析。结果2005—2009年阜新市城市累计死亡19177人，年均粗死亡率为661．88／10万，标化死亡率为704．64／10万。年均标化死亡率，男性为797．20／10万，女性为608．41／10万。年均死亡率，0—14岁为30．95／10万，15～34岁为43．04／10万，35—54岁为393．38／10万，55—64岁为889．00／10万，≥65岁为5385．28／lO万。2005—2009年，男性和合计的前3位死因均为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、损伤与中毒，女性的前3位死因为循环系统疾病、肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病。减寿率的前3位死因为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、损伤和中毒。结论影响阜新市城市居民健康的主要疾病是慢性非传染性疾病，慢性非传染性疾病在一段时间内仍然是疾病防治工作的重点。

Analysis on the Cause of Death Among Residents, Fuxin City,2005 - 2009

Objective To learn die the characteristics of table and death cause, so as to provide refer- ence for identifying key controlling points and making preventive strategies. Methods Analysis was made on the death data of Fuxin district residents during 2005 ~ 2009. Results The total accumulative death number was 19177 during 2005 ~ 2009 in Fuxin district, the annual crude death rate was 661.88/105 and the standard- ized death rate was 704. 64/105. The annual male standardized death rate was 797.20/105 and the annual fe- male standardized death rate was 608.41/105. The annual mortality was 30. 95/105from 0 ~ 14,43.04/105 from 15 ~ 34, 393.38/105 from 35 ~ 54,889.00/105 from 55 - 64 and 5358.28/105 over 65. During 2005 ~ 2009, circulatory system disease, tumor, injury and poisoning as the death reason ranked top during the males and the total population. Circulatory system disease, tumor, breathe system disease as the death reason ranked top the females. In the potential years of life lost（PYLL） rate, tumor, injury and poisoning and circulatory system dis- ease ranked top. Conclusion The chronic non-contagion disease is an important cause of death to residents of the Fuxin city. It＇s the point of work for prevents and cure disease on a period of time.
