主动脉内球囊反搏术在高危急性心肌梗死中的疗效

目的分析和评价高危急性心肌梗死患者在主动脉球囊反搏（IABP）辅助下行经皮冠状动脉治疗（PCI）的临床疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析51例联合IABP行PCI治疗的急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者的临床资料。结果使用IABP后显著改善患者血流动力学及心衰指标,平均动脉压升高,多巴胺用量减少,平均心率下降,尿量增加,脑钠钛水平降低。结论主动脉内球囊反搏术在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用安全、有效,显著降低了急性心肌梗死患者的住院死亡率。

Effect of intra-aortic balloon pump in the high risk of acute myocardial infarction

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the Intra-aortic balloon pump （IABP） assisted in percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods Fifty-five cases of acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock treated with PCI combined with IABP were retrospectively analyized by reviewing the clinical data. Results In these cases the hemodynamics, heart failure index, mean arterial pressure and urine volume were improved significantly; the amount of dopamine, average heart rate and the level of brain natriuretic titanium were decreased significantly. Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock treated with PCI combined with intra-aortic balloon pump can significantly reduce the hospitalization mortality of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Intra-aortic balloon pump applicated in patients with acute myocardial infarction is effective and security.
