摘    要:心率变异(HRV)信号分析对心脏系统疾病的辅助诊断、监护及评估有十分重要的意义。本研究将Hilbert谱分析方法和非线性熵分析方法相结合,提出了基于分频段Hilbert谱熵的HRV信号分析的新方法。依据Hilbert谱的时频多分辨率特性和HRV信号频谱特征,在不同频段计算HRV信号的Hilbert谱熵和加权表示的全频段谱熵。对HRV信号的生理因素按频段适当分离后进行Hilbert谱熵的分析,更有利于表征某些生理病理的特征。对MIT-BIH数据库中实际HRV信号分析表明,这两种熵值能有效地区分年轻人、老年人及房颤患者三个样本组和健康人、充血性心力衰竭患者两个样本组,统计性能优于普通的时频熵方法,为临床HRV信号分析提供了一种有效方法。
