| 摘 要： | 目的测定2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者和正常对照个体的血清脂联素（APN）水平和颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT），分析其变化特点及相关性。方法运用ELISA法测定38例T2DM患者和20名正常个体的血清APN水平，同时测定他们的IMT，分析所有研究对象的APN与IMT的相关性。结果T2DM患者血清APN水平显著低于正常对照组（P〈0．05），IMT显著高于正常对照组（P〈0．05），血清APN水平与IMT呈显著负相关（r=-0．30，P〈0．05）。结论APN可能具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用，APN是预防糖尿病大血管并发症的保护因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the levels of serum APN and IMT in type 2 diabetic patients and the control subjects.Methods The levels of serum APN were measured by ELISA in all 38 type 2 diabetic patients,meanwhile the levels of IMT also were measured.The relationship between APN and IMT were analysised in all studied subjects.Results The levels of serum APN in type 2 diabetic patients were significantly lower than that in the control subjects(P<0.05).The levels of IMT in type 2 diabetic patients were significantly higher than that in control subjects(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between serum APN and IMT in all studied subjects(r=-0.30,P<0.05).Conclusion APN is one of protective factors to prevent macrovascular complication in T2DM. |
